General terms and conditions according to articl 1341 civil code, to be applicable in contracts between Hotel Steiner (Steinerhof KG des Peter Pfeifer & Co.) and their guests or clients.

The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal.

Cancellation policy regarding law. 1382 ZGB

As a special service we offer our guests the possibility to change the booking or to cancel free of charge within 3 days of your arrival date. If the booking is being cancelled within the 3 days before arrival, we will retain the paid deposit.

Notification pursuant to Part III, Section III, Paragraph I of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumers' Code)

1. Agreement for prior departure

In the event of prior departure guests are committed to the payment of 80 % of the total cost of the not used facilities.

2. Group travel

Group travelers are considered persons who travel together and have one contact person or company for all, the all have the same arrival and departure dates. As a group are considered a community of at least 12 persons. Upon 30 days prior estimated arrival the purchaser has release dates. For cancellations regarding single members or the whole group later than 30 days before arrival we quote the cancellation costs explained above.

3. Resignation insurance

The insurance covers all cancellation costs in case of accident, illness or in case of death of the assured adult, child or parent. We of course need a copy of the signed insurance papers. The insurance has to be covered contemporaneously with the Hotel reservation and is only valid for bookings from Germany, Switzerland, Austria and BENELUX. The cost is: 7 % of the total reservation amount.

Important

On arrival days rooms are ready from 2 pm. Our reception is open till 21 pm, if you arrive after this hour, we kindly ask you to call us on the day of arrival. At departure rooms have to be released until 10.30 am. We cannot make reservations for a certain room number or floor. In case of price alternation, we apply the agreed prices in our booking confirmation and our general terms and conditions.
