Services & terms for camping pitches:

Arrival and departure at the pitches is at 12 noon.
If the site management is not notified of a late arrival by 7 p.m. on the day of arrival, it is entitled to allocate the pitch to someone else and the reservation is cancelled.
Any reservation will only be confirmed in writing.
Reservations are only legally binding upon payment of the caparra/deposit (>100€).
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:
Any cancellation will incur a minimum €50 administration fee, alternatively if cancelled up to 31 days prior to arrival: FREE rebooking to a new date with credit of the deposit.
If cancelled up to 31 days before arrival, no additional cancellation fee will be charged (processing fee 50€).
Cancellation within 30 to 15 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 15% of the total amount booked, with a minimum of €50.
Cancellation within 14 to 8 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 20% of the total amount booked.
Cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 30% of the total amount booked.
In the event of early departure, late arrival or no-show, a cancellation fee of 50% of the unused days booked will be charged.

The confirmed pitch number is not binding.
It is not allowed to heat, cool or cook electrically.
Dogs are not allowed.
Quiet time between 22.00 - 07.00 (July August: from 23.00).
Early booking is recommended! 4 to 10 months in advance for dates during school holidays.

Included in the price of a bungalow & sleeping barrel:

The booked bungalow or sleeping barrel, incl. electricity consumption for a stay of at least one week
Sanitary facilities, incl. round-the-clock hot water showers if the unit has no bathroom facilities
Electricity, water, and gas consumption (gas for types G/E/F/B), V.A.T. (BTW)
Bed linen (linen, blankets, pillows)
Change of bed linen (1x per week, upon request)
Electrical heating in bungalow types A & B
Shady parking space for your car next to the wooden cottage

Services & terms for bungalows & sleeping barrels:

Arrival and departure usually only on Saturdays or on request.
Reservations have a minimum of a 1 week stay!
Arrival and departure at the cottages at 3 p.m. and 10 a.m. respectively.
Reservations are only valid in written and become legally binding after payment of the deposit of 200,00€.
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:
In case of cancellation of a bungalow up to 14 days before arrival, the deposit will also be refunded minus 50 € handling fee or the entire amount will be credited for the next stay. From 10 days before arrival there is no refund of the deposit.
In case of no-show the amount of the deposit will be retained as cancellation fee.
In case of early departure, 50% of the booked days are charged.
Cancellation due to Covid-19: In case it is absolutely impossible for the guest to undertake the journey, we will search for a consensual solution.

Late arrival (after 7 pm) must be notified, otherwise the reservation is considered cancelled. Wooden cabins can be given to other guests.
Final cleaning €30,00. (€15 for the barrels)
Cooking and eating utensils are not available! Please bring your own.
Rental possible at the Camping reception for a fee (€50/week).
